Kevin was born and raised in Dutchess County, educated at Cornell University (B.S. and M.P.A.), and has been a broker for 14 years. His wife, Betsey, previously was a Whip for the Millbrook Hunt and showed horses. They live in Millbrook with their horses and Springer Spaniels. He stays active in community affairs by serving on land use/zoning issue committees of the Town Board and the Zoning Board, and as a hobby competes his Springers in field trials.

Deran has lived in a pre-Revolutionary Dutch stone house in Columbia County for over thirty years. During that time he bought and sold for himself many properties and developed an affinity for real estate. After retiring from his New York City based fashion advertising business, it was a natural progression to become a country real estate broker. Deran is successful because he listens to what his customers and clients say to him.

Linda feels fortunate to have lived in Rhinebeck and worked in real estate for the past 16 years. Being a native Californian and having lived for years in New York City, her background allows her to apply a diverse appreciation to each and every property she deals with.
